For the decades project, I worked in a small group and we did research into Chicago in the 1980's. I learned a lot about the politics of Chicago in the 80's. Learning about Richard Daley was very interesting. Daily life in Chicago hasn't changed a lot since the 80's. A lot of the popular thing from then are still popular today. Chicago economy and infrastructure has improved a lot since the 80's. Our group mostly focused on the culture of the 80's but I also did some research on politics in Chicago. My favorite artifact is the talk show video we made. I really enjoyed making the video and thank it turned out very well. I wish we could have spent more time on the News artifact. Our group read Ender's Game. Ender's Game is about a kid named Ender who goes to a military academy in space to learn how to become a commander.
